Perfectionism and the Spectrum

Though undiagnosed, I suspect I’m on both Spectrums – at 57, why bother to go to the expense of a diagnosis? Anyway, in my ramblings around the Web, I keep seeing references to “perfectionism” in Spectrum folk, be it ADHD or Autism, or both.
